Kristy has more than 19 years’ experience in the patent industry, with expertise in all procedural aspects of the patenting and design registration processes. Kristy is expert in all procedural aspects of filing and prosecuting applications in Australia, New Zealand and abroad. Kristy co-ordinates foreign filing programs and PCT applications, and filing and prosecution of international applications under the PCT. She also has extensive experience in database maintenance and patent management software to ensure our clients receive timely advice and absolute reliability.
